Only order if you have lots of free time to waste!
1. I saw an ad for what appeared to be good shoes and bought two pair to avoid shipping costs. 2. It took over a month for my order to arrive. I could not get any of the shoes on my feet, despite being labeled 12.5 W. 3. I contacted their service office to initiate a return. 4. They replied that the cost of shipping and inspection was very high, even though I would have to pay the shipping, so they offered me 20% and I could keep the shoes. 5. I advised that that was insufficient, and I again requested the shipping address. 6. Over the following 5 weeks, I requested the return address 13 times, but they refused every request. They upped the refund offer from 20% to 25%, 35%, 45%, 50%, 55% and finally 60%. At that point, I gave up and agreed to 60%, if and only if it was returned within 48 hours. They must have been really crazy to get rid of me, as the refund was received within 6 hours. 7. My rating of 1 star is extremely generous, but since I can't give less than 1 star, you will have to imagine my intended rating. 8. Oh, they offered me a 10% discount on future orders. Yeah, right!
