0 star! Products arrived later than expected…it’s not a UK based company despite being a .co.uk website. Products arrived in poorly packed and damaged packaging. Quality of the shoes is very poor feels very cheep. Sizing is not accurate to typical UK standards. To top it off customer service is awful. The website states if the item is damaged or there is quality issues then refund would be given and a postage would be covered however they are not honouring this. And as their not UK based returns are not only a very long process but they want me to cover all the costs which include international shipping. For a shoe that was meant for school and isn’t cheap at all. Everything about this brand is poor to say the least.
