Home Depot five stars
First of all, I have been a loyal lowes customer for years. But, their customer service the past couple of years has been horendous. I decided to try Home Depot, I do have to drive a little further to get to one. Yesterday was my third time shopping there. I went to the location in Manchester Mo. The people there are amazing! They greet you at the door, help you locate the the things that you are looking for, and send an associate to help when needed. I would like to express my gratitude to Jack in the plumbing department and Tye in the garden center. Both, were more than happy to assist me in finding what I needed. Seems like the people at lowes turn the other way when they see someone looking for help. I will be going to Home Depot from now on. Thank you all for your help, keep up the great work! Patty
