Yamibuy sent a fake product When I contacted customer support live chat and provided solid proof (the QR code on the product was scanning as fake) - the support agent was trying to argue with me that it's real. They kept replying in chinese even though I was responding only in English. Really unprofessional and take no responsibility for the fake products. Finally, the agent just said they will contact the seller and ended the chat. No apologies, just upright rude, critical, and tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong. For such a big platform to blatantly sell fake products, they should be shut down!!
