BLOWN AWAY
I am seriously BLOWN AWAY by the support I've received from Pixel Support!!! But first, I have to say, I already deeply appreciated the company for its seriously fabulous plug-ins and effects! But this last video I created was giving me *gnarly* problems in the attempt to export! (Note the word *attempt!*) I spent HOURS on the phone with Apple Support...four long long calls, with three different techs there. We tried what I thought must've been *everything!* Turns out - not so much. After a long communication back-and-forth with Pixel Tech Support, by email, with lots of suggestions, I'd given up. Seriously. I started to re-create the video without the groovy effects. But then I got one last email suggesting we get on the phone together so they could walk me through every little thing they could possibly think of. And, voila! A solution! And now, this evening, after doing the steps to alter the whole thing in the manner I was shown, I have my video! The original one I was so *thrilled* to have created! Thank you, Collin! Thank you, Pixel!!!
