If I could give 0 stars I would. This “company” are absolutely awful from start to finish. Item arrived faulty - with a dodgy, flimsy zip that wouldn’t go up. As a fault on their behalf I thought I’d try for a refund as I am rightfully entitled to. But, after numerous emails back and forth, they tried saying it’s because I ordered the wrong size and that I am not entitled to a full refund as I can “get it fixed”. At the hopes of receiving a full refund I had to send pics/videos as evidence, I had been asked to return my item to a return address in China which legally you do not have to do, plus it would cost more than the item itself so what would the point be? In the end I settled for a 50% refund as I couldn’t bare to deal with the situation any longer and how deluded they were. - how can I possibly not be entitled to a refund for an item that was faulty on their behalf?! Stay clear from this dodgy company as they will make it very hard to get a refund for the poor quality items they sell. Lesson to self, always read reviews before ordering from a new place!
