big theft, stay away!!!!
the most important thing I noticed regarding Lacemade is their lack of ethics. that's what I can say about their responsive behaviour with the customer. they seem to be politely replying to your emails but they steal your money. I returned an item that costed me 53 pounds (excluding the 8 pounds shipping cost), I paid 11 pounds for return postage. after all of these vissicitudes, they advised me that they will return the item partially, only 34 pounds!!!!
if you want your sanity, stay away from this company

the most horrible experience I have had in buying an item ever. I would've rated them zero if there was an option.
first, I added an item to my basket and was considering my options for payment that all of a sudden, without even my consent, the order was placed through the shopify connected account. to my consternation, I tried to cancel the order but there was no cancelling option. I emailed them immediately, I used the chatbot in their website and requested a cancellation. I received an email the day after that sorry Princess!! the order has been shipped.
after 10 days I received it, and I have been through the most gruesome experience returning the item. Not only do they not support shipping and postage fees, there is NO posting address included in their approval email. I just cant beleive this.
