The software did not work
The software did not work, and if you do not make the claim (which is HARD to do since you have to add evidence) within 7 days, you LOST your money. I did everything support told me, and I have evidence of that. Still, the product I paid for did not work for the whole time I paid for it. Thus, if you pay for a whole year, but on the eighth day it does not work, then they got your money and you got nothing. I do not recommend this software at all. Please look for something else.
