Really impressed (and wasn't expecting to be!)
Bought a phone cable from them back in Feb 2022. About a month ago (almost 2 yrs later) it stopped charging reliably, so I reached out over Facebook about a warranty replacement after hearing that was the best way to contact them. When I never got a response I was ready to write them off as unreliable. But then I emailed their support team with my receipt & a photo of the cable, that was Fri afternoon. Sat morning (Saturday!) I got a response. They don't have that cable in stock anymore, but they can give me a full refund. Wow, who offers that kind of service anymore? So here I am, 1-Business Day later and the refund has already been processed. I didn't even need to do anything, they did it through Amazon directly to my credit card. If only every warranty request could be this positive & easy!!
