Purchased Matebook 16 November 22, with 3 year extended warranty Developed fault on Primary usb c charging point around 6 months later. None of my 5 attempts to book a repair has received any reply at all. The machine is great quality. The after sales service is non existent. I would not recommend anybody buy their products.
