DISASTER OF A WEBSITE !! THEY MUST HAVE BEEN ON DRUGS when put the website together. We are a high volume firm and are trying to move away from this disastrous operation. First, they are too cheap to store files beyound 1 year. Second, you cannot place an order by case number or by plaintiff's name. Their sorting / indexing is completely inconistent. Simply not reliable.
