Order summary vs. placing my order
In my order summary, I have tried to change the size of an item that was indicated as “S” (Small), when I wanted Medium. I tried 4 times, but to no avail. Also, the very first item I ordered (Native American print sweatshirt $27.99) was not on my order confirmation. I tried to add it back on, but I was deferred back to a whole new order process, which charged me $20 in shipping & tax. I did not complete that order, because I tried to contact you via the “contact us” option, which turned out to be FIS. ANYWAY, here I am — trying to clear confusion and complete my order.
