I feel very disappointed with digi helpline centre when I call to have roaming service to oversea on 15/10/2023 help by digi shop centre at Aeon station 18 Ipoh staff who call on behalf. However everything confirm infront of me with helpline customer centre for roaming 30 days but at last what digi never gave me a good reason why they keep on billing me until rm 500.00 for the roaming. Okay now what I get from your site is me mistake.I suggest digi to get me your explaination
