Respect for Senior Citizens
We had to go from hyderabad to kolhapur by flight. We are both senior citizens. When we came to the check in counter Ms Vijaya was at the counter. She was extremely courteous, polite, gentle despite heavy rush and tensions. She guided us about the buggy services and also obliged us and allowed our cabin luggage to also be checked in as we have a lot of walking to do at airport. We are grateful and thankful for the wonderful service we have received. May God Bless her.
