Prices good, Service not.
Traveluro is one of several companies owned by Holisto. I was refered to this site by algotels.com, also owned by Holisto. Algotels, to its credit, honored a lowest price guarantee and a $50 voucher that could only be used at Traveluro. I know, it's complicated. Anyway, booked a hotel with the $50 voucher and price difference credit, and was ready to go. I booked a non-cancelable, non-refundable room which was clearly indicated. Unfortunately, there was a hospitalization which prevented travel. Unlike Mark Gross' experience, I was not able to reach anyone by phone, or email. Traveluro was simply not reachable. I did explain I fully understood the terms, but was hoping for a future credit or something due to extenuating circumstances. Silence. Traveluro's prices are good, but be aware that if you expect service after the sale, you may be on your own. Also, be aware that you will not get hotel points when you book through Traveluro or affiliated sites like Algotels.
