I purchased the PVY Z20Pro bicycle before summer, initially experiencing only minor issues such as squeaky brakes, a problem I attributed to brake pads rubbing against the disc. Despite providing clear evidence through videos, the customer support team dismissed my concerns, claiming difficulty in identifying the problem. To exacerbate matters, the folding joint, crucial for compact storage, snapped after minimal use—folding the bike around ten times. This structural failure left me with a broken piece in my hands. Even more frustrating is the battery performance. Despite adhering to the recommended charging instructions, the battery now malfunctions. Upon insertion, it registers a lower charge, and after a mere 5-7 kilometers of use, it completely dies. I've reached out to customer support, only to be ignored, even after numerous follow-up emails. product is a real disappointment in both build quality and customer service. I strongly advise against making the same mistake I did. Invest a bit more in a higher-quality bicycle and avoid these subpar products.
