Disappointing.
This app was recommended by my friend and says it’s reliable, but unfortunately i have a bad experience. I tried sending money, and i entered all the correct details, it say “ failed “ transaction 3 times, but when I checked my bank account the payment has already been deducted from it. I tried asking help from customer’s service it took us a long time to figure out for my money to be sent. I sent $1357.72 but received less than what I expected. Customer’s service tried to help me , even gave me a “coupon to use” for china only haha I don't even send money to china. The rectified again. Oh my god. Fix your app!!! I had high hopes from this app not only because it offers a higher exchange rate, unfortunately this will be the last time I’m going to use it. I am disappointed and scared to use it again. Sending big amounts of money then saying it failed but was deducted directly from the bank account is scary as hell!!! Sorry but I don’t think I will be using this app any time soon…
