When they reply to these reviews, its fake. no one responds from the email. I am missing critical medical care because they refuse to send me an unmasked w2. by some miracle united healthcare actually approved me for an angiogram after a string of bad EKGs . it has to be performed in a hospital. ID IS REQUIRED. the ONLY document the DMV will accept in place of a social security card is an unmasked w2. My insurance only approved the procedure until the 7th a few days away. I could very well die because of this company. I went as far up the chain as i could, the customer service people are incompetent and outright lie, transfer you to voicemails of people who will NEVER call you back.. even when you say your life depends on it. When they respond to this review, it will be fake. An investigation needs to occur, look at how this company treats people, just look at these reviews. someone needs to sue them asap.
