I don't recommend this service
I don't recommend this service. I made a compensation request to Compensair in September 2020 for a Ryanair flight that was delayed for 4 hours. In July 2021 Compensair replied that airline had agreed to pay compensation and asked for additional details of my account and documents. But! Later Compensair began to claim that Ryanair allegedly refused to pay and their lawyers were going to sue. And now, 2,5 years later, Compensair have been giving me the runaround, writing the same responses. My family, who traveled with me on the same flight, received compensation a long time ago through other companies. I suggested that Compensair’s lawyers refer to this precedent in court, but no reply. I suspect that Compensair received and pocketed my compensation a long time ago.
