Scammers, bad customer service
Ordered watch 2 years ago! It got send back to the company from Dutch customs. I didn’t get any notice. They said they would solve it and they never did. Maybe some people are happy but allot are not. I wouldn’t risk getting in the same situation I did. I wouldn’t be surprised if these trust-pilot reviews are bought. Money gone … no watch!! (FL102047) Edit: 12-12-2023 in your reaction you ask if my problem had been solved! What? If you checked the order number you would see that nothing was solved and many many emails with promises and no resolution. So you actually just took €170,- and I received nothing… which makes your company a scam and criminal. I know I’m not the only one. SO NOTHING is solved…
