My order was late I’m coming. When I reached out to the company they responded right away to me. They fixed the issue and kept in touch with me along the way. This is a very reputable company. I bought the king size pillow and LOVE it. Not only are the people wonderful to work with the products are amazing. I will be ordering more and will encourage others to use the Mellow company as well!!!
