It is afull i have written claim on 01/08/2023 and they still have not recived the funds from the airlines, by the way my friend have recived it a long time ago. It could not be hidden. It has passed more than 6 months it is unacceptable. Please avoid this service at any cost. They are amateurs that don't know what are they doing. They replay with same message every time i wite to them.
