I've been using EasyParcel since early 2018. From year to year the service is getting worst. The rate also getting higher and higher. And the get in touch with the customer service also very difficult. And my newest experience with EasyParcel that I used to post out very small box that no need to be weighing, unfortunately now THE EASYPARCEL make it clear if the box is very ringan maybe below 2kg,they will you Dimensions (even it's small and can be sumbat in courier bag). Yeah so that your customer pay more to you. Promo free courier bag but didn't even post it out. Don't waste your time to get the free promo, unless you got so much spare time to email them & waiting zillion days for them to entertain it.
