Very unprofessional service. I purchased a kukirin g2 max, supposedly their best selling flagship model. The scooter arrived and from the moment i turned it on i have had problems. The breaks rub which affects the scooter performance. It makes a sound like a jumbo jet taking off when im riding it. The scooter started rattling and squeaking a few days after i took it out of the box. The ignition doesnt always work i have to turn the scooter off and on several times before this works. The charger came with a 2 pin adapter rather than the 3 pin used in the UK, when i contacted them i was told this is how its done in europe so i just have to deal with it. When i tried to request a return they kept asking me for videos of the problem, something i can not do because the problems occur when riding and i do not have a pro streaming set up to record when riding. After reading other reviews i am starting to realise that i have been scammed and any chance at returning the product will result in having no product and no refund. All i can say is avoid at all costs there are plenty of similarly priced scooters from manufacturers who actually know what customer service is. My review is not about one store out of however many you have it is about the overall level of servicd provided and the substandard product produced by Kugo. Unless i am very much mistaken you are kugo, and all of the products are made by your company regardless of which version of your many websites they are sold on. Nice try by you arent defecting blame.
