Indigo is the worst company to fly domestic in India. Do not travel with them, there are other airline companies that are better and on time without delays. Indigo International flights are good because International customers can sue Indigo and have to pay huge fines abroad but for domestic fligts in India , customers can't sue the airlines. There is nothing like that in India. Indigo always taking advantage of this situation and the ground staff members are so rude to customers , they are literally trained to avoid having difficult conversations with customers.
