Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Nobody seems to know what they are doing in that company. Ordered goggles and a men’s swimsuit on sale and was sent a woman’s one piece instead. Instead of offering to send a replacement, they just refunded it and just said to place a new order. Nothing to compensate for the lost sale price or shipping fee which I avoided from the original order. It was very much “oh well,” and every representative told me something different. All was blamed on new systems. Finally was able to get a voucher after the 2nd order to make up the difference but it was a trying experience to get there. Merchandise is good if they can pack what you actually ordered in the box the first time round.
