Very bad support for developers. Cant get in touch with them. No phone support. I called them many times nd waited 45 min in queue. No response

Very slow delievere
Very slow delievere. I waitet more than 8 days and they still havent send it! They tell me to contact them by chat, but denmark is not a option, so its not s option. Very bad and unprofessionel. No phone support either.
