I have purchased 5 stamped cross stitches from here. The first 3 were fine. No issues. The last 2 I’ve gotten I have run out of floss not even halfway through. I’ve contacted the company 4 times now, no reply. I will no longer buy from here.
I have purchased from here before with no problem. Not the case this time. You all know how many hours we put into these things, well, I’m half way through my latest purchase and have run out of four colours already. I shouldn’t have to go buy additional floss when I paid for a complete kit. I have another one here I’m going to start and I hope I don’t have the same problem.
