Extremely slow to ship the item
Extremely slow to ship the item, it took them five days to process and ship. 30 day return policy is a joke. It kicked in as soon as they marked it shipped. But it took another two days for Fedex to pick up the package, then another seven days for shipping to arrive. So you essentially lost 9 days in your 30 day return window. The price is lower, but not by that much from other websites. I'd never shop here again.
