Someone or more likely a team has worked on making every step in the sales process is seemless. Order entry, acceptance, packaging and delivery to Canada were all reported at each step. Honestly, having tried to purchase a product from a different company in the USA recently was a complete fail. Website worked but, no option for shipping to Canada. So while I purchased nothing, I've had over six,"automated," emails since offering products and discounts. My thought is that iHerb could well serve as a business model for how to get to market and keep customers. Not every product is ever going to be perfect for everyone but, we can all be better served if we can make things better without using Amazon first. I look at iHerb first for many products.
