Mostly good but room for improvement
Have purchase several devices and batteries since 2022. All 4 of the refurbished B300 batteries had to be serviced due to short life. The new B300K batteries have all performed well. The customer service is very friendly and helpful. The battery repair center in Plano, TX has a problem with returning my OEM Bluetti shipping double layer boxes when repairing batteries. They returned two 100 pound B300 batteries back to me, loosely packaged, in inadequate single layer boxes.
