Refreshingly great customer service
It's refreshing how good Songmont's customer service is. It has been a while since I have seen this degree of real customer service. I had plenty of issues with my shipment and delivery and their customer service team was always very responsive, understanding, and going over and above to address my issues in a timely manner. Due to their prompt support, I managed to receive my late delivery right before my flight. Thanks to Songmont team!
