Got scolded for no reason
I entered my address and it was detected by the database, so I clicked on it. Then I made my order. The cashier couldn't find the address. When he arrived, he scolded me for long minutes for putting a wrong address because the pin was at the wrong place. I have never touched that pin. Apparently, the pin (provided by Bolt) was on 48 and the cashier couldn't find the 38... I tried to see with the help support what had gone wrong, and they rejected the fault on me for putting a wrong address. Imagine getting home after a long day of work, wanting some easy food, just to get talked to like you are a bad human being for a problem that is absolutely nothing of your fault. Human decency is lacking on this platform...
