I ordered shoes on Dec 2
I ordered shoes on Dec. 2 paid extra for expedited shipping. DHL the shipped is still showing package is in China!!! The event is today. There is NO way to speak to anyone at Milanoo. They dont answer phone. U have 2 download app to send message which the don't answer. I have no option but to dispute charge on credit card as I never got shoes, was charged extra to insure shoes would arrive & they make sure u cant talk to anyone! What a scam!
