Had no problems to NZ
ordered 2 booknook kits with expedited shipping to NZ sometime in the last month. Items arrived promptly enough and the correct prices were charged (not cheap but fair for quality) Kits were compact with no fancy packaging, as usual, shipping regulations meant no glue or batteries could be sent. I usually buy rolife kits and find rokrgeek to be same or better quality. Instructions were easy enough to follow if you slow down and double check. very little glue is required as most parts fit together very snugly - precision cut. I have no problems with these items and will probably buy more when budget allows. My top tips, sand the join points on the part edges down smooth then use a brown colour pencil to even out the edge. look closely at the instructions and make sure pieces are together properly - and Patience!
