Was not 100% human hair as described. Ive had synthetic products to last better. Extremely poor customer service! Rude,unprofessional ans unreasonable! Do not waste your money!

Hair tangled and matted in 2weeks after install. Ive emailed their customer service for past 2 weeks for a resolve. They refute all reasonable ways to make good.Horrible business acumen. Lack accountability and refuse to replace the hair they claim to be human hair!
