I had a positive experience with Compensair handling my airline delay compensation claim. The process took almost two years to complete, which was longer than I expected, but I understand that these cases can take time, especially if the airline disputes the claim.

3 stars for now but might change later
I have read really good reviews about Compensair and so far the communication with the team has been good. The only thing for me is how long it has been since I lodged my complaint about a delayed flight. It will be a year this December and they are still in negotiations with the airline. However, many of the reviews here show that it has only taken a couple of month until they got their refund back. I’m not sure why my case is taking his long but I do hope that they continue to fight for my right to compensation and that I would get my refund soon.
