Made 2 bookings at the same hotel for 2 rooms with Traveluro - after reading the awful reviews I made sure to call the hotel directly to ensure they had the booking. After arriving at the hotel, they informed us 1 of the rooms was cancelled a week prior, with no communication from Traveluro. After multiple attempts to get some feedback and my refund processed, the customer service was incredibly poor and they have now stopped replying. Would not recommend
