Their customer service is awful
Their customer service is awful, ordered my item and when it came to delivery it stated it had been signed for, I emailed asking where it had been delivered as I hadn’t signed for a parcel and customer service continuously told me for days it had been signed for and that it had been delivered but not giving me any information about who had signed or where it had been signed for, after a few days they sent me a photo of the parcel been delivered and put into my bin thankfully the day before the bins were emptied, customer service didn’t seem bothered to actually find the item and think they only checked because I was emailing them daily asking where it was as it was a Christmas present. However the item is great and I thankfully did receive it but it could have been an easier process if they simply helped me in the first place.
