Exceptional Service and Product
The Le Son LS10 MkII Moving Coil Cartridge has been an absolute joy from the get-go, and here's why. Firstly, the delivery was impressively swift and hassle-free, a rare feat in these times. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the cartridge arrived at my doorstep here in Bristol, well-packaged and in perfect condition. Now, onto the cartridge itself. I must admit, I was a bit daunted at the prospect of setting it up correctly on my Technics SL-1200 GR. However, an email to the customer support, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Gregory, who was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the process of setting the optimum load on my Vertere Acoustics Phono-1 MkII phono preamplifier and offered invaluable tips on aligning the cartridge on the tonearm. This level of customer service is indeed commendable. The LS10 MkII's performance has been outstanding. The sound quality has improved markedly compared to my old cartridge. There's a certain warmth and clarity that I hadn't realised I was missing. Listening to my records now, I'm hearing details and nuances that were previously lost. It's as if my vinyl collection has been given a new lease of life. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Le Son LS10 MkII highly enough. It's not just the cartridge's performance that's exemplary; the entire experience, from ordering to setup, has been seamless. A big thank you to Gregory and the team for their support and for offering such a quality product at an affordable price.
