Poor quality jewelry and a shady company
This company sells subpar, cheap costume jewelry at absolutely villainous markups. First: items ship out of Singapore, which I didn't know at first because my shipping label said California when it was created. When I didn't get an update from USPS in over a week, I messaged the company. Given the poor item quality and the way it's packaged, I'm almost sure it's dropshipped. Second: the company itself operates dishonestly. They don't post 1, 2, or 3 star reviews on the product pages, which means potential customers are mislead by only 4 and 5 star reviews. They don't offer refunds or exchanges unless there's a defect. I regret ever giving them my money.
