Horrible Experience!
Made an order on December 9 and paid extra to ensure it would get here by Christmas (12/19-12/24). The order got to the USA (NJ) 2 weeks ago (On 12/14) and it has been bouncing between NJ and CA for no reason at all, while waiting for their "Shipping Partners" to take it to the USPS. The worse thing is there is NO WAY to contact them and they take forever to answer messages. Horrible Experience!
