Did I lose 1520 pounds via Panda Remit? Will I get back my funds?
I have transferred 1520 pounds to India on 22nd Dec via bank transfer. Amount got debited from my bank account in next 45 mins. Till now amount not transferred to my India account. I have reached multiple times to Customer care and the response I get every day is be patient and give us one working day. Same response every day. The status in app says, accepted by bank. Highly frustrated and worried a lot. They dont even have a nice customer care team to support with. Its like talking to ChatBot. You will get the same answers even for different questions. Finally they said, you have two options 1. Wait patiently 2. Cancel your transaction. If you cancel your transaction it will take 5-7 working days to refund the amount to original account. I have asked them to cancel it now. Not sure when I will get back my amount. You are lucky if your transfers went through in few hours otherwise your will be in hell for next 15 days at least. I personally don't recommend to use this Panda Remit
