Unclear vacation plans!
Unclear vacation plans! I had to take to a couple of days off due to family urgency. I didn’t know which leave type is the right one, so I asked them if there is a leave type for this urgency but they applied to a parental leave without even discussing the consequences of this. The consequences are: - paying extra health insurance - I have to apply this parental leave to the state - Salary cut What a bad user experience!
