Very good product BUT…
Excellent grinder, but the delivery took exactly 45 days in my case. I do understand that it was a preorder unit, but the advertised shipping date at the moment of purchase seemed not that far away, at my surprise this shipping date have been moved twice after my order which was frustrating, since the seller doesn’t communicate at all about these changes. After exchanging a few emails with the customer service and a fiery comment on trustpilot, things seem to be arranged. I do appreciate how the customer service tried to find me a solution, but the whole buying experience could be improved with more realistic shipping estimates and better communication. Also, I know it’s none of their fault but since they ship with fedex, and i’m based in France i had to deal with fedex France, which is the worst !
