Wrong order received but good customer service
I ordered an engineering text book and received a children story instead. It is my first time buying from Discover books and I am truly unhappy about it. I tried contacting the customer service. We will see if they respond. Edit: the customer service responded quite fast. They apologized for the error and I got a refund for my order as they didn’t have the book anymore. So I moved my rating experience from 1 to 3 stars due to their good customer service. I think I will give discoverbooks another chance with a new order. Hope I won’t get the wrong order next time!
