Bad first experience but great customer service
Terrible quality products. I ordered crystal drop earrings. One was broken on arrival and the other broke as soon as I touched it. In both cases the crystal fell out and the chain attaching the crystal to the hoop also broke. I do not recommend them at all. Update: Since writing this review the company has refunded my complete order and given me a gift card. They did so without any prompt from me so I am very happy with the outcome and their obvious concern for their customers. It is a shame that the quality of my order was not up to scratch but perhaps this is just a one off. Their customer care is excellent.The original review was a 1 based on the quality of my order but their response is a 5 so I have changed the review to 3 to reflect this.
