Quality products, suffocating follow up
I like the products I've purchased, however not only do I live in a very small apartment; regardless, I could not possibly new products every single day. Our Place hounds me by e-mail and via text... yes I opted in, but I did not opt in for you to email me again each time I look at something on your website. Also your website functionality is subpar. Yesterday I had to look up the naming convention to use the search function because I couldn't find the pans I wanted via the shopping menu. yet after all that, I was ready to buy, until I found out that my $10 discounted set for $125 of product still required another $10 (of what?) to get free shipping. So now I'll just wait for the next deal...
