Everything was going fine, and then one day they locked my account and withheld my earnings. Okay, I'm fine. I'm used to these kinds of distribution companies. They don't provide a reason or just give you a vague explanation, so you won't know what you did wrong. Then they hold onto your earnings. I don't care about the money, and I don't care why they locked my account. I asked "soundon.global" for support to take down and provide me with the ISRC and UPC codes so I can switch to another distribution company. But after over a month and 15 days of waiting, and many, many times sending emails, all I got from their support was a meaningless email like this: "Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience, your request is being processed by the relevant team. Please wait and check periodically, we will contact you as soon as there is information from the relevant team. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with. Thank you. SoundOn Team" They don't care about what the customer is saying; it seems like they reply with copy and paste.
