Don't waste your money
Unfortunately I bought the Elegoo Neptune 4 pro printer for my son for Christmas. The set up was fine and some of the prints do well but the majority (75% or more) fail. It looks like a bunch of spaghetti and is messy to clean up. We have wasted so much filament and money and time! The customer service was responsive and tried to be helpful but we have done all of their suggestions and the prints are still failing making this printer almost useless. They have a 14 day return/refund policy and would not offer any refunds to us since we ordered it early enough to be a Christmas present and didn't open it right away. I would not recommend this product at all unfortunately.
